Through these new insights, HR can formulate a data-driven and actionable talent management strategy to tackle employee concern and improve the overall employee experience journey.

Technical Partner / Technical Product Owner

Your role:

Join HR plus to bring this vision to reality. Working closely with our founding team, you will carry your technical knowledge to iterate on the product vision, prioritize product outcomes and craft the product from cradle to completion.

As our technical partner, you will be the technical owner and decide the technology direction, adoption, and implementation. You will also define software best practice to ensure our software scalability without comprising the need of security and reliability.

As our technical advisor, you will provide technical insights to co-founders and translate business ideas into simplified, actionable, detailed executable solutions in alignment with the value to the end users and HR plus.

In this stage, you will work alongside with our third party IT partners as part of an agile team to solve development backlogs and deliver minimum viable product. Once the product is operational in scale, you will be accountable to build your technical team in-house and carry on the future journey of our product innovation and development.

About you:

  • Ideally, you have experience and enjoy building a SaaS product from scratch
  • You have hands-on expertise in one or more modern languages and framework (Python, Node.js, React.js,Vue.js or equivalent)
  • You are comfortable in development with cloud native application (AWS or equivalent)
  • You enjoy picking up new languages and interested in technologies, especially within the domain of machine learning and big data
  • You have good knowledge in deploying digital analytics platforms (Google analytics or equivalent) or building analytical tools
  • You have experience or possess good knowledge in cloud native data management
  • You have experience working in an agile environment
  • You are proactive to share your opinion to the team
  • You love to share your knowledge and help others succeed
  • You love to solve problem you never encountered before
  • You are a curious unicorn about trying different ways of doing things
  • You are self-organizing and prioritize your time management
  • You can adopt working in a Start-up environment
  • Proficient in English & Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
