As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital products, with a focus on improving user experience, customer support, and engagement within the iGaming space. You’ll work cross-functionally to define and deliver high-impact solutions that align with both business and customer needs. Your role will be key in driving product strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty while navigating the fast-paced and competitive gaming market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs in the iGaming sector.
  • Backlog Management: Own the product backlog, define user stories, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of valuable, high-impact product increments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Leverage insights from user data and feedback to drive product decisions, focusing on enhancing the customer experience.
  • Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, UX/UI, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure product roadmaps are executed efficiently and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in the iGaming, digital operations, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to use metrics to guide product strategy.
