Responsibilities
Plans project tasks to ensure optimal use of team capacity;
Works closely with the project, operational and account teams to ensure timely completion of all projects and tasks within the allocated timeline and budget;
Communicates effectively with clients on status and to progress the project;
Ensures effective workflow throughout the project lifecycle;
Ensures processes are adhered to by the team, including complete, up to date and accurate project documentation and tracking;
Proactively monitors project status: identifies and resolves issues; identifies and manages project risks;
Leads project team meetings;
Ensures timely planning and management of client invoicing;
Provides input to account managers to develop realistic effort estimates, project budgets and timelines for new business proposals;
Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency;

Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years in project management;
Excellent project management skills, PM certification preferred;
Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent projects and activities to meet the goals;
Can operate effectively within an informal, agile, quality-oriented work environment;
Comfortable managing resources (people, material, vendors);
Willing to travel to client meetings, medical congresses, and our offices;
Medical communications agency experience, preferred;
Proficiency with Apple Devices and Google Workspace, preferred.
