Key responsabilities:
- Communicating with customers to address queries on tickets, fares, or schedules
- Entering customer details for ticketing purposes and record maintenance
- Explaining boarding procedures and rules, processing refunds, and detailing fees and charges
- Handling challenges faced by customers regarding lost or damaged tickets or reservations
