Job description

As part of Marlowe Compliance Services, WCS Group is dedicated to providing mandatory water, environmental, heating/cooling safety, and compliance nation-wide. As a skilled technician with WCS Group, you will be part of a quest to create the best water, air, and testing company in the UK, ensuring safe and compliant service for all clients.


Responsibilities

  • Efficiently complete assigned tasks within established timeframes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, promptly submitted via our electronic system.
  • Maintain a track record of no more than one audit failure annually.
  • Lead when working with teams of two or more technicians.
  • Uphold compliance with current legislation and thorough documentation.
  • Execute tasks following WCS Group procedures with precision.
  • Champion health and safety standards across teams and with clients.
  • Plan and execute work schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Liaise effectively with client representatives as needed.
  • Report relevant issues promptly to field managers or client representatives.
  • Adhere consistently to client-specific health and safety practices.
  • Handle a range of tasks across disciplines and communicate training needs.
  • Mentor less experienced technicians and engineers.
  • Flexibility to take on various roles within your capabilities.
  • Ensure equipment safety and fitness for purpose.
