Our client is a U.S.-based Architecture firm. For more than 30 years, the team of professionals of Our client has been serving the architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate industries by supplying the highest quality field verification and documentation of as-built conditions, along with many other cutting-edge services.

This position requires managing all aspects of BIM project management for an architectural services firm. The company provides professional drawings for the architecture, construction, and real estate industries using laser scanning measurement and CAD/REVIT software.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a team of architects and engineers working remotely.
  • Responsible for overseeing project completion and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate all details from project initiation to delivering final product.
  • Responsible for time management/adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist with drafting in CAD and REVIT software on an as-needed basis.
  • Communicate on a daily basis with drafters and owner about project activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years project management experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction.
  • BA in Architecture or BS in Engineering
  • Excellent computer and technical skills, including Auto CAD and/or Revit, and MS Office Suite.
  • Point cloud and scan to BIM experience.

Personal Skills:

  • Professional communication skills to manage relationships effectively with team members, owner, and customers.
  • Effective planning skills to always be several steps ahead in project management process.
  • Takes initiative and seeks out opportunities for improvement and innovation for team and company.
