JOB DETAILS:
. Minimum 5+ years of relevant Salesforce Admin experience.
● Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of Salesforce concepts and architecture.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, service etc.
● Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings and custom metadata etc.
● Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards for sales and executive business teams.
● Develop and implement data management strategies, including data cleansing, data validation rules to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
● Apply best practices across Salesforce environments to ensure maximum uptime, data quality and optimized Salesforce response time.
● Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
● Proactively identify areas for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new functionalities to drive operational efficiencies and business growth.
● Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to other Salesforce administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
● Experience of
deployments and migrations tools (
Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Force.com IDE, VScode, ANT & Copado)
● Salesforce Admin & Advance Admin certificates are preferred.
