Success in this role will be defined by:

- Your ability to analyse and optimise content on various social media channels, particularly Facebook, to maximise ad performance.

- Meeting deadlines and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients, ensuring timely responses and updates.

- Maintaining profitability on assigned ad accounts and achieving budget goals.

- Eventually becoming 80% independent, taking ownership of reporting results to your direct manager, and developing problem-solving skills to bring creative solutions, be it in marketing or other areas.

Your role will include various tasks, such as:
  • Lead strategy and manage paid marketing campaigns for Social Media Ads on Meta/Facebook. Experience with other channels is a plus (Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest etc.)
  • Be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the overall clients digital marketing strategy including: content and ad strategy, brand strategy, CRO, and LTV generation
  • Maintain digital marketing budgets for clients upwards of $50,000 USD per month
  • Apply insights of previous and ongoing campaigns to future campaigns for improved results
  • Analyse campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a weekly and monthly basis within ad management platforms and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
  • Work closely with the design team to strategize ad content and execute marketing campaigns in various tones of voice for different products
  • Recommend and implement direct marketing methods beyond Paid Media
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends
  • Simultaneously create a structure and build processes in back end functions and strategy
  • Manage the scope of project requirements (develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress)
  • Proactively explore trends, new campaign ideas, and new marketing methods to push products
  • Identify new digital promotional opportunities
  • Work to improve clients brand presence
  • Conduct competitor research analysis on an ongoing basis
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise and accomplishments in overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating content, and handling communications
  • PPC Experience for eCommerce brands (FB Ads, Instagram Ads, Tiktok and/or Google Ads)
  • Previous work experience in a digital marketing agency is highly desired
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)
  • Knowledgeable of marketing best practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, GSuite, and other data visualisation tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in quantitative reasoning and data analysis
  • Track record of planning and managing digital marketing campaigns for diverse clients across different industries, with a focus on women's luxury and fashion products as a plus
  • Strong understanding of Shopify
  • Tech savvy - you are able to work with various tools and softwares
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication and team management skills, experience with Slack as an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously; understanding of Project Management tools a plus (such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Passion for technology and startups
  • Highly comfortable with learning complex, difficult to understand topics
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback and take responsibility for assigned work and clients
