Job description

Job Title: Media Buyer 

Working Hours: PST

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of relevant experience in digital marketing within an agency environment. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and executing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and potentially Amazon Ads and TikTok Ads. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve maximum profit for our eCommerce clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and potentially Amazon Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Conduct targeting research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as marketing efficiency ratio (MER) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad copy, targeting, and product pages for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and clients, to ensure campaign objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Sheets and data visualization platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients via Slack, Zoom, and task management tools like Asana.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in PPC management and execution.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management is required.
  • Experience with Amazon, Amazon DSP, TikTok and Microsoft advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel is required.
  • Design experience creating image ad assets with tools like Canva is a plus.
