Position Overview 

We are seeking a talented, experienced Sales Executive (SE) to join our sales team as a local in-market producer in Dallas (North America Division). The SE must demonstrate skills and experience in selling IT services. This professional will help lead Inclusion Cloud's growth strategy in the region, starting in Dallas.

This role is responsible for managing new business opportunities and converting those opportunities into Clients.

The successful candidate will have a balanced blend of business and technical skills to understand the need and articulate the plans to business and IT client leaders. The candidate will be accountable for prospecting, visiting clients, and winning new business to achieve an annual sales quota. 

What is your job?

Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media using Sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients.

Reach out by phone and hold quality conversations to generate qualified inbound leads from our Email Marketing campaigns.

Work closely and collaboratively to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.

Guide the client/prospect in the understanding of their needs to provide an excellent customer experience. Communicate with them in person, by phone, and by email to understand their needs, describe our value offer, and explain its benefits to potential customers.

Identify new opportunities and build/maintain quota-attaining new business pipelines.

Quickly develop an autonomous working capability.

Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales. Use data to help customers understand how our services can help them achieve their goals. CRM usage: maintain administrative tasks, such as creating/maintaining sales opportunities and managing campaign-derived prospects.

Managing pipeline and reporting on sales KPI activities to the Management (weekly). Sales Funnel activity to achieve quota. Forecast Accuracy and Pipeline Management.

Who are we looking for? 

Self-motivated Hunter - driven by a desire to achieve personal and professional growth & goals/quotas.

Fast learner and passionate about sales. 

+4 years of experience in a relevant area of sales.

An impressive network of potential new clients in the IT Industry and/or Verticals.

Experience in opening doors to new opportunities, closing deals, and developing long-term relationships with clients

Target-driven and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers at the C-Level.

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot), Marketing Automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among others (desired).

Experience managing the commercial process of IT services (selling nearshore IT professional Services is desired).

A proven track record of revenue generation, client retention, and sales target achievement.

Experience managing a P&L, including reporting and performance metrics for the business.

Thorough understanding and willingness to adapt and implement new strategies of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
