Previous experience in document production or as a Legal Secretary, Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Key responsabilities:
- Work closely with the Document Production Team Leader and internal staff at all levels
- Organize workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of documents with accuracy
- Manage file processes, collate documents, proofread, and provide updates to team members
- Undertake necessary training, travel between offices, and adapt to changing workloads
