Your missions

For the ambitious growth of a new sustainability and ESG Consulting focused start up, we are therefore looking for someone as soon as possible. You will work directly on the growth of the company by optimizing the financial administration base. You will work closely with the management team. For sure, you will contribute your own experience and knowledge.

Your Tasks

  • you would be in charge of + responsible for the commercial department, incl. ACC & CONT

  • FIN: ensure process flow with accounting

  • FIN: establish Business Plan, Budget, and Forecast

  • FIN: ensure fin stability, organize financing rounds

  • HR: budget holder (new hires, compensation scheme)

  • ADMIN: establish and manage admin matters around the office

  • GENERAL: select partners to drive the commercial department

  • Ensure information flow on the stability and performance of the company

  • You are organizing the financing round

  • You are responsible for the internal information flow

  • You are responsible for Due Diligence

  • Ensuring robust and on-time statutory reporting

  • You are interested in Investor relations


Your Profile

  • +7 years of professional experience

  • Knowledge of relevant accounting standards according to IRFS and HGB

  • German & English fluent written and spoken

  • Excel & Google knowledge is a must

  • Knowledge of Datev & BI tools

  • Interest in financing and sustainable investments

  • Real estate experience is a plus

  • Startup experience

  • Degree in commercial sector
