Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer well-versed in full-stack JavaScript and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a production-grade codebase available as both a cross-platform Desktop app and a SaaS Deployment.
• Establish and uphold clean architectural abstractions that are durable over time.
• Provide support for LLM-related libraries and RAG plugins.
• Create visually appealing, fast, and efficient Desktop apps with a focus on usability.
• Construct a QA Test framework for cross-platform testing.
• Ensure optimal performance of the app concerning CPU, Memory, and GPU usage.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Full-stack JavaScript, TypeScript (React, Next.js, Node.js).
• Proven experience with production deployments (e.g., Helm on k8s).

[Nice to have] 

• Familiarity with LLMs and Agents (e.g., Langchain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
• Experience with React Native.
• Previous experience as a founding engineer in tech startups.
• In-depth understanding of the Desktop environment across various platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Strong familiarity with Web-on-Desktop technologies like Electron and Chromium.
