Your missions

I am looking for experienced cloud sales professionals with great AWS background to join my client in Germany as an AWS Partner Sales Manager.

This is a remote role but you have to reside in Germany.

My client is a European leader in public cloud infrastructure solutions and cloud-native application services with offices around Europe including Helsinki (HQ), Stockholm, Oslo, London, Munich, Amsterdam, Poznań, Copenhagen, Vienna, Malmö, and Jyväskylä. They are an AWS Premier Consulting Partner, Google Cloud Platform Strategic Partner and a Microsoft Gold Cloud Partner.

You will:

  • Define and enhance the Go-to-Market strategy for the company AWS business in Germany based on the global AWS Partnering strategy.
  • Deliver and exceed the jointly agreed partnership metrics (pipeline, revenue, ARR) with AWS.
  • Drive determined AWS-related business development, sales growth, networking, and account development in customer enterprise environments together with AWS.
  • Drive local marketing (i.e. campaigns, conferences, industry-specific publications) initiatives jointly with AWS.
  • Elevate from a highly successful business development related to a trusted multi-service multi-industry partnership providing timely and insightful market feedback to other functional teams including the global AWS alliance team, product management, and marketing.
  • Work closely with account teams, the global alliance team, and AWS's different stakeholders.

You have:

  • Several years of professional experience in sales.
  • AWS sell-with, and AWS partnership knowledge.
  • AWS cloud practitioner certification or an AWS technical certification.
  • Understanding of different AWS funding programs and their related processes.
  • Understanding of how different AWS funding programs can accelerate the customers' cloud transformation.
  • Proven network/relationship management with different stakeholders at AWS in Germany.
  • Ambitious and self-driven attitude the ability to influence and support AWS sales and campaigns, and to create new opportunities.
  • Fluent communication skills both in English and German.
