The Company hiring Territory Sales Manager (new business field sales):

Our client are a market leading multi-national service provider of work-wear, textile rental, and commercial laundry services. The Role of Territory Sales Manager (new business field sales):

  • This a field / home based role. As Territory Sales Manager you will sell work-wear, textile rental and commercial laundry contracted services to a range of SME and Corporate businesses. You will target a multitude of sectors including Hospitality / HoReCa, Industrial, Trade / Retail, Health and Social Care.
  • This is a business development / new business position where you will self-generate your own appointments. You will be supported by an internal Telesales department who will provide you with leads.
  • You will deal with all levels of decision maker from C-Level through to Owners and Managers.
  • This is a consultative sell - you will sell service contracts that are typically 2-3 year in length.

The Candidate:

  • This is an entry level, field sales, B2B 100% new business role.
  • This role would suit a candidate that as been in a new business, cold calling .environment
  • Candidates with experience in telesales, trainee recruiters, B2B new business sales, Estate agents, field marketing are of interest,
  • Our client will consider those that have been customer facing with confidence and determination (i.e. those that have worked in hospitality, worked behind a bar etc)


The Package:

  • Basic up to £28,000
  • OTE circa £23,000 - £35,000 (£50-60K)
