Area Sales Manager - Aesthetic decorative products

Area: Ireland - It is required that you live in Northern Ireland

The Role of Area Sales Manager

  • This is a field home based role covering Ireland.
  • This is an Account Management (managing relationships with fabricators).
  • Customers are within the building, construction and KBB industry.
  • The successful Area Sales Manager will inherit a strong client base and will be tasked with developing relationships and uncovering growth opportunities within these accounts.
  • This role is 100% account management (NO NEW BUSINESS) - you will be required to build strong relationships with your customer and provide them with exceptional attentive service.
  • The aim is to protect existing business and nurture relationships.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager

  • We are looking for a field /territory sales professional that is a natural relationship builder.
  • Whilst construction / distribution is preferred, our client will consider candidates that are structure, organised with a personality fit that is geared towards account management / relationship building.

The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager

  • up to £45,000
  • 20% OTE / Bonus
  • Hybrid car or generous £700PM car allowance
  • 25 days holiday plus stats
  • Fuel card
  • 14% combined pension
