What Are You Going To Do?
As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in our engineering team. Your primary focus and main objective will be to lead a project team in developing, testing, and integrating software for our product that ensures all Web Accessibility standards are met for our clients so that both the business and the end users can reach the full potential of a website and its content. You will be approaching this role with an open mindset, leveraging your experience to produce world-class technology solutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Work as part of cross-functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition to delivery.
- Architecting, designing, developing and maintaining platform microservices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for the project team.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for great performance.
- Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
What Do We Expect?
- 5+ years’ experience with Java
- Knowledge/experience with SQL databases, WS Restful API, Spring Security, JWT
- Proven Experience implementing solutions with Microservices, RESTful Web Services, and Web APIs
- Proven experience working with a Microservices style of architecture & containerization.
- Experience with Kafka, Spring Boot, Doker, ELK
- Strong understanding of design patterns
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
- Led a development team.
- Cloud / Azure experience - IaaS and PaaS
- Line management & mentoring knowledge and experience
- Experience in DevOps - CI/CD - / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps Pipelines
