Candidates should have 10+ years of relevant experience in Engineering or related fields., RCDD, InfoComm CTS or CTS-D and/or PSP certifications are preferred., Associates/bachelor's degree in Engineering, Audio Systems, IT or related field would be an advantage., Strong communication, teamwork, collaboration skills, and Revit proficiency are desirable..
Key responsabilities:
- Lead project management, business development initiatives, and mentor staff members determine assignments for teams.
- Collaborate with A/E teams for technology systems design, review documents, and manage project hinderances.
- Meet with clients to understand needs, negotiate new projects, evaluate staff training needs, orientations, and skill advancement.
- Manage multiple projects through different stages communicate closely with clients and partners, contribute towards proposal drafts.
