Key responsabilities:
- Perform administrative tasks as instructed by the Property Manager
- Coordinate with onsite staff for property upkeep and tenant issues
- Handle move-in/out processes, manage vendors, conduct minor repairs and clean common areas
- Prepare incident reports, respond to emergencies, maintain tenant files, oversee move-ins/outs
