Job description

We are looking for an experienced VoIP Cloud Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy new VoIP PBXs (3CX based)
Handle incidents and requests according to the established SLAs
Provide engineering support of a VoIP network infrastructure, including voice routing design and configuration
Provide pre-sales and after-sales engineering support by email, telephone
Provide cross-training and mentoring across to business customers & resellers
Interface with peer network operators to investigate and resolve day-to-day trouble tickets
Drafting and maintenance of technical documentation (network design, SOPs, User Guides, etc.) to support current procedures and processes
Serve as an escalated level 2 resource for trouble tickets and work orders for network services and voice network infrastructure devices
Design and deploy network infrastructure elements
Ability to work in shifts (09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00, 13:00-21:00)
