  • A Managed Services Lead Consultant will function as the primary point of contact, responsible for delivering hands-on support and building client relationships
  • We look for people with customer service and/or consulting experience who are resourceful, collaborative, and self-motivated
  • Those who are successful in this role are great communicators capable of handling a varied workload across multiple clients
  • Experience administering Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools is preferred but not always required
