Qualifications:
HND or B.Sc in any discipline with minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower, Completed NYSC and not above 28 years, Minimum 6 months to 2 years sales experience preferably in Financial Institution or similar, Experience in customer service and good organizational skills with IT proficiency.
Key responsabilities:
- Conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and implementing traditional marketing strategies
- Providing support for agent onboarding and management, customer feedback analysis, and client contract retention
- Maximizing revenue through cross-selling and up-selling, staying informed about company products/services' features, and benefits
- Identifying potential clients, generating leads through various channels, communication and product knowledge sharing effectively
