Quality Assurance Analyst –Federal Contractor, Veterans Administration Support

Position Description:

Sprezzatura Management Consulting LLC is seeking a results-driven Quality Assurance Analyst to uphold our commitment to the highest quality and compliance standards in our services. This role is essential in ensuring that our solutions to the Veterans Administration are both effective and transparent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and audits.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and address quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide reports and insights on quality performance to management.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality assurance or a related area.
• Familiarity with industry standards and quality control methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a federal government contracting environment.
• Experience working within the Veterans Administration.
• Advanced degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
