Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure all automotive products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
Conduct product evaluations and inspections to identify defects, malfunctions, or inconsistencies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement necessary corrective actions
Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in a quality control or engineering role within the automotive industry
In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulations
Proficiency in using QC tools, such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (RCA)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documenting test results and quality data
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
