Job description

PetroApp, a leading provider of automotive technology solutions, is seeking a highly skilled QC Engineer to join our team. As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our automotive products through comprehensive testing and analysis. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure all automotive products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
  • Conduct product evaluations and inspections to identify defects, malfunctions, or inconsistencies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Conduct testing and analysis of automotive products to assess performance, safety, and durability
  • Document and report test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a quality control or engineering role within the automotive industry
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulations
  • Proficiency in using QC tools, such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documenting test results and quality data
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
