Principal Engineer -- Digital Strategy Consultant

Job Description:

• Extensive experience in digital technology and consumer experience with a strong background in core digital areas
• Experience of digital solutions for consumer experience such as eCommerce, Content, Marketing, UX, CRM, etc.
• Crystal clear understanding of the domains you have worked in and the ability to deep dive into any new modules
• Experience of working with a diverse set of clients in different industries
• Experience of working in one or more of following functions: management consulting, technology consulting, process digitization, digital sales enablement, business transformation, sales and distribution transformation and customer experience
• In-depth knowledge of market requirements, regulations and client types in these markets.
• Experience in understanding and documenting requirements for complex and highly technical development projects
• Strong problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects or accounts simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business stakeholders at C-suite level on product and strategy decision
• Excellent consulting skills that provides thought leadership and innovative solutions to your clients
• MBA from a reputed institute is preferred
