Event Specialist, Multimedia Lead and Online Marketing Support for Conferences
(Remote position)

Join us to play an important role in supporting and handling activities at our conferences, and in between, including AV, online marketing, graphics, apps, and more.

Innovation Roundtable® is the leading network for innovation executives in large multinational firms – and more recently also for HR and Marketing professionals.
We are a team of international, enthusiastic, and passionate people who work (mostly) from Serbia and Copenhagen. Every year we organize a range of conferences with 150-200 attendees on various innovation management topics in Europe, China, and the USA as well as an annual Innovation Roundtable® Summit in Copenhagen attended by 700 corporate innovators, the world’s largest gathering of its kind.

What is the job?
You will be involved in a variety of tasks related to organizing our many conferences around the world including: traveling to events, communicating with attendees & signing them up, managing content for websites & event apps, preparing graphical information material, managing the distribution of footage on our online network, supervising server management & other tech infrastructure and much more. You will be wearing multiple hats, dealing with many aspects of supporting conference organization and collaborating with all departments.
