Senior Systems Analyst, HCM

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior System Analyst, HCM on a permanent basis in our Innovation team. Elevate your career by contributing to cutting-edge solutions and influencing the future of technology in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.What you’ll do:· Lead initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, resolving user needs, and managing deployment work streams.· Gather, prioritize, and communicate requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. · Elicit and prioritize system and functional requirements through various methods.· Proactively communicate with stakeholders, delivering business requirement documents.· Plan, coordinate, and track projects within set deadlines and budgets.· Act as a key resource, mediating among teams, and making informed decisions for quality improvement.Who you’ll work with:The Team: You will work closely with the Lead, HCM Applications and will work closely with the Human Capital Management Team. Who you are:**You are looking for a career in Information Technology and: - Have 6-9 years of experience in IT business analysis. - Have a Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information and Technology (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). - Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.
