Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an HR Administrator, Workforce Administration on a temporary basis (approx. 12 months) within our People and Culture team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada. __

What you’ll do: - Provide operational support by processing day-to-day human resource data entry transactions including onboarding, separations, leave of absences, continuity planning, contingent workforce, and position management. - Support management of the HR system by updating information based on structural changes and business needs. - Facilitate key onboarding activities such as facilitating system access and processing information packages. - Support talent mobility, separations, voluntary terminations and leave of absence processes by completing status change forms and entering status updates into HRIS. - Support regular audit process to review HR data and records for accuracy, completeness, and update procedures as necessary to achieve optimal operational efficiency. - Prepare correspondences, communications, presentations, and other documents as necessary while applying branding standards.

Who you are:You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and: - Have 1-3 years experience within human resources, data management, or a related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). - Have a 1-year certificate, preferably within Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Business Technology Management. - Are experienced in data and record management. - Believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
