DescriptionThe Executive Advisor works with clients to uncover their HR needs and build Custom Key Initiative Plans to help them to make the most of their McLean & Company membership, leading to increased client value.McLean & Company is the fastest growing advisory firm in the world. We are looking for an Executive Advisor to advise, guide, and provide insights to executive HR Leaders in delivering improved results by optimizing decision making, mitigating risk and addressing the struggles and challenges they face on the path to personal and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:**As an Executive Advisor you will focus on helping members in assigned accounts get the most out of their memberships by: - Building trusted peer relationships with clients, meeting with them primarily via videoconference. - Conducting a needs analysis with each client and use this information to develop a Custom Key initiative plan for HR priorites. - Proactively partnering with the Member Services team to ensure member satisfaction, retention and growth. - Providing guidance to clients in assigned accounts for key blueprints related to strategic HR topics. - Debriefing select diagnostics to support HR leaders in understanding business and HR team sentiment. - Facilitating virtual Leadership Peer-to-Peer Roundtables and CHRO webinars. - Debriefing Leadership Members’ 360 Feedback survey results. - Providing insight to the broader HR Research team on client needs and HR industry trends.

Key Selection Criteria: - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with 3-5 years leading an HR team or HR function - Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and/or leaders at all levels across the organization. - Subject matter expertise across multiple functions in McLean & Company’s HR taxonomy - Proven ability to participate in unstructured value-based client conversations and make the links to McLean’s products and services - Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills. - Independent self-starter with strong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. - Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, rapidly changing work environment. - Intellectually curious about the effect of HR on the business landscape, with a passion for continuous learning. - Solid business instincts and a practical understanding of what makes companies tick and how HR professionals/executive teams operate. - Proven ability to work in a matrix environment.
