Your missions

Our client is a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations, Catholic churches, schools, and various community initiatives. We are seeking a dynamic and faith-driven Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in job placement for non-profit organizations and provide comprehensive assistance to the business owner in both professional and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Non-Profit Outreach:

  1. Utilize job boards and online platforms to source and post job opportunities for non-profit organizations, Catholic churches, schools, and community initiatives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with organizations seeking assistance in recruitment and staffing.
  3. Assist in coordinating and organizing recruitment events and activities for non-profit partners.
  4. Support the hiring process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Administrative Support:

  1. Manage the business owner's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  2. Handle email correspondence, prioritize communications, and draft responses on behalf of the business owner.
  3. Take phone calls, screen inquiries, and manage voicemail messages.
  4. Assist with personal tasks, such as making reservations, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc assignments.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  1. Deep faith in the Catholic religion and alignment with the values of non-profit organizations.
  2. Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support is a plus.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficiency in using job boards and online platforms for recruitment purposes.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
  8. Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar management, email, and office software.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $2000 / month

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM EST
