In the role of IT Technical Analyst, you will employ your knowledge of Sales Compensation Technology platforms to analyze business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships/ configurations to design, maintain, and support Sales Compensation Plans and Sales Compensation processes across Medtronic businesses.

A DAY IN THE LIFE**

  • Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and data configurations/relationships
  • Design, maintain, and support Sales Compensation plans and processes
  • Consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements
  • Provide technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploy new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner
  • Configure system settings and options
  • Plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues

MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years of experience

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strongly Preferred:
  • Previous Medtronic experience
  • Sales Compensation Technology platform knowledge
  • Basic understanding of sales compensation
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Practiced presentation abilities
  • Adept at prioritizing and analytical problem-solving
