Students expected to graduate in December 2024 or May 2025, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering., Strong mechanical and technical skills and ability to interpret schematic diagrams, familiarity with micrometers, voltmeters, and ammeters, adept in cross-selling client business needs, effective communication and client interaction skills, flexibility to travel locally, regionally, and work remotely..
Key responsabilities:
- Performing safety and non-safety certifications inspections adhering to UL standards, analyzing test results and verifying manufacturers' equipment functioning, communicating and promoting UL services benefits to customers and manufacturers, providing technical support across various product categories, maintaining inspection records and performing engineering calculations.
- Requirements include being located in or willing to relocate to Minneapolis, MN while being an undergraduate student, assisting Field Engineers in project analysis and report preparation, working hands-on to evaluate systems and products, following 'This is our normal' principle during the internship.
