What You'll Do**

Strategic Client Engagement

  • Lead a team dedicated to customer management across various levels, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic guidance.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers among our local and multinational clientele, offering support to your team in forging these critical connections.
  • Drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client portfolio, supporting your team to seize incremental business prospects.

Optimization and Enhancement

  • Ensure consistency and optimization of client programs, focusing on achieving specific KPIs and maximizing client satisfaction while mitigating risks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, actively seeking ways to challenge conventional practices, drive process improvements, and enhance customer experiences.

Client Relationship Maximization

  • Oversee bid avoidance strategies and collaborate with your team to secure contracts well in advance.
  • Champion RFP proposals, solutions, and presentations, ensuring long-term profitability and successful retention of clients.

Negotiation and Implementation

  • Support local and multinational sales teams in negotiations, sharing insights, best practices, and successful case studies.
  • Facilitate seamless implementation of new accounts, collaborating closely with your team to fulfill contractual obligations post-go-live.

Consultative Partnership

  • Drive cost savings through promoting compliant behavior among client travelers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to recommend and implement optimal travel programs, leveraging our global network and understanding client imperatives.

Individual Contributor

  • Provide visionary leadership, guidance, and development to a team of Client Associates, Client Executives, and Senior Client Executives.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the team, ensuring continuous development and succession planning.
