Perficient is always looking for the best and brightest talent, and we need you! We have a full-time career opportunity for a Salesforce Architect/PM to join our Salesforce team remotely. Candidates can live anywhere in the United States. **

Job Overview:**

We are actively searching for an accomplished Health Cloud Architect/PM to join our team. The preferred candidate will possess a robust background in Salesforce environments, with a specific emphasis on Health Cloud and Omnistudio. This role involves a combination of technical and functional responsibilities, including tool selection, project management, and extensive experience in Salesforce implementations within healthcare payer environments. **

Responsibilities**

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of Health Cloud solutions in a Salesforce environment.
  • Provide technical expertise for tool selection, with a focus on Omnistudio.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful completion within specified timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements.
  • Utilize consulting experience to guide and advise stakeholders on Salesforce best practices.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Health Cloud implementations within healthcare payer environments.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce environments, specifically in Omnistudio.
  • Demonstrated success in tool selection and implementation.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in leading multiple Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong consulting experience in Salesforce environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications in Omnistudio and Health Cloud is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications, demonstrating a broad understanding of the platform.
  • Experience in a healthcare payer call center setting.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
