We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead Full Stack Azure Developer to join our team. This is a remote position, must live in North America. **

Job Overview:**

As a Lead Full Stack Azure Developer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes architecture, estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in an Agile team environment, you will work with other solution architects and developers on interpretation/translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

Responsibilities**

  • Own and drive forward specific areas of technology architecture
  • Understand the unique business and technical requirements of the engagement and facilitate communications on the most appropriate solution design
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
  • Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and delivery
  • Be a hands-on contributor to the resolution of all requirements/feedback/scoping/design issues or questions directly with the client
  • Engage in the process of developing technical documentation efforts and creation of user stories
  • Developing and unit testing of code components per the user story
  • Liaise with offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks
  • Conduct code audits and reviews
  • Ensure implementation, deployment, and backup is done following best practices and client standards
  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service.
  • Attend sprint planning, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups and report technical blockers to the team
  • Independently manage assigned tasks

Qualifications

  • Passionate coders with 8+ years of application development experience
  • Minimum 5 years of programming experience with .Net
  • Minimum 3 years of experience PowerApps and/or React front-end modern UI frameworks
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with variety of Microsoft Azure services
  • Experience in Microservice design for complex systems with strong knowledge of Micro service patterns
  • Experience and expertise in design and implementation of event driven architecture (EDA) in conjunction with Micro-services
  • Experience in API life cycle management
  • Experience in API Management tools in Kong / Azure APIM
  • Experience in Kubernetes and API deployment strategies for global scalability.
  • Experience in Function as a Service frameworks (Azure functions or open FaaS or Open Whisk)
  • Experience in performance management/improvement strategies for API
  • Experience in database CI/CD Frameworks specifically for API build and deployment
  • Experience leading, managing, and mentoring development teams
  • Full life-cycle development experience – with Agile/Scrum project approach
  • Client facing and/or consulting experience is a must
  • Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers.
  • Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
  • Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
  • Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008.00 to $170,640.00. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
