You Are**

UST is looking for a qualified Senior AB Initio technical lead to ensure quality delivery of end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team **

The Opportunity**

  • Develop System Requirement and Functional Requirement Documents.
  • Develop and document a high-level conceptual data process design for review by data analysts for writing ETL code using Abinitio
  • Analyzing, coding, testing, upgrading, and building a data warehouse using ETL, Abinitio, Unix Shell Scripting, Control-M
  • Review and understand data specifications and physical data models to write extract, transform, and load (ETL) code and contract generic ETL process.
  • Provide development effort estimates based on available preliminary business requirements.
  • Create design specifications for ETL processes coded for audit and maintainability purposes.
  • Write ETL code within deadlines to deliver the project on scheduled timelines;
  • Functional and Unit test ETL code to ensure the code is free of errors.
  • Document the results of functional and unit testing prior to handing over the build code to testing teams.
  • Participate in regular technical peer review sessions to identify nonadherence to standards, design and performance issues, and improvements of ETL code.
  • Follow the Enterprise Informatics software development life cycle and adhere to ETL code standards and industry best practices.
  • Design and develop automatic job schedule specifications for the Control-M scheduler.
  • Contribute to overall architecture by developing end-to-end system design for specific data warehouse or data mart applications.
  • Participate in analysis Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) Architecture design of large data warehousing system for extract/transform or data conversion from source systems to the target applications - using AbInitio, Oracle SQL.

What You Need**

  • Knowledge of Ab Initio automation testing will be preferred
  • Knowledge of Ab Initio DQE will be preferred
  • Should be flexible to be on call for support on a rotational basis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent and related fields such as Information systems/MIS and several years of hands-on experience in software or database analysis, development, and support.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below. **

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:** $97,000-$145,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options. **
