Position Description:

Sprezzatura Management Consulting LLC is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that support the Veterans Administration. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in the vibrant Washington, DC area, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that drive government transformation. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that enhance our services by successfully supporting our client's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution

• Develop marketing plans that align with business objectives for new and existing services.
• Expand marketing initiatives to include digital platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
• Oversee and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet strategic goals and budget parameters.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing reports on ROI and key performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Five (5) years’ experience in marketing with a proven track record of managing and coordinating marketing activities.
• Proficient in developing marketing plans for a range of products and services.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Ten (10) years experience in a marketing leadership role, with extensive experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
• Experience in the Veterans Administration environment or similar federal agencies is highly desirable.
