Role is remote but must be local to Charlotte, NC
6-month contract with the potential to convert to permanent (W2 + Full benefit options) **
Job Description**
Provides highly complex administrative support for an executive as well as business groups/global regions. Prioritizes own time, high-level managers
time, and the manager’s directs’ time. Makes administrative decisions and requests on behalf of high-level managers to provide complex calendar management. Proactively manages logistics for business group meetings/events. Uses diplomacy and professionalism to draft communications for high-level managers. Creates data management plans and manages data by using the advanced features of Microsoft products/tools. Develops a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy, and acts as an information resource to the business group. Anticipates and removes administrative roadblocks and makes timely decisions across the business group. Directly resolves customer requests and hosts business guests. **
Typical Day In The Role**
Purpose of the Team - Support business unit within the customer support org – this team is made up of 2,000 employees and 4,000 delivery partners and focuses on supporting customers. Specifically, “SCIM” Security compliance identity and management. Engineers are trained in
that aspect, but this team offers customer support for this system. They are a new and growing organization and facing growing pains that require extra hands.
- Key projects - General admin projects
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm - RoB Calendar management
- Local team support (procurement, assisting leadership team with site visits which are frequent in Charlotte)
- Team morale events
- Assisting the lead EA with ad hoc requests and tasks

Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required
3+ years of Executive Assistant experience – more is better!
- The candidate has a self-starter attitude, is comfortable with independently working, and has exceptional Executive presence and related experience.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
- Proficient in MSFT Office Suite applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) | 3+ years
- Previous worked in a professional corporate environment | 3+ years
- Solid Outlook Calendar skills/experience + prior RoB (rhythm of business) experience and support | 3-5 years
