Job Overview**

Position Schedule: Full-Time

We are looking for a driven servant-leader with experience delivering large-scale Cloud adoption. One who can deliver a safe and secure use of Cloud user experience for our internal stakeholders across the firm.

This leader works closely with Technology leaders, Division leaders and portfolio owners for strategic alignment delivering a user-centric Cloud Platform. You will provide division leadership and stakeholder's visibility into the value delivered by Cloud aligned to business objectives through outcomes-based reporting and meaningful measures. **

What You'll Do**

  • Lead talent strategy in alignment with functional strategies to enable business value and create improved experiences through platform engineering principles
  • Lead a user-centric cloud technology delivery strategy and ensure ongoing alignment with business initiatives, enterprise risk processes, and any relevant regulatory considerations
  • Advance the firm's cloud adoption and skills development to increase results in business leaders leveraging cloud to create business value
  • Mature the talent framework through enhancements to recruiting, performance management, and development programs in alignment with Human Capital processes
  • Partner with senior leaders/executives across the firm to embed code practices and cloud excellence into business decisions to meet firm objectives and cloud strategy
  • Influence business areas on how to effectively leverage cloud to optimize technology delivery and management
  • Create and maintain code and compliance governance processes and programs to meet the needs of the firm
  • Socialize and champion the firm's cloud strategy and strategic objectives through networking around the firm
  • Research and investigate industry trends, cloud governance, acumen, talent, and community channels.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $136571

Hiring Maximum: $232541 **

Skills/Requirements**

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or related discipline required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience directly delivering cloud services for a large organization
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Models as well as expert knowledge of Agile, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration.
  • Solid experience using SDLC models to deliver end-to-end Infrastructure as Code at scale with Terraform
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering the right results
  • Proven interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Proven analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
