We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join our International People Team in Breda, The Netherlands, or in any of our European office locations (e.g. Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Sweden, etc.) . In this fast-paced and stand-alone role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the rollout of a successful L&D strategy across the EMEA region. **

The Opportunity**

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, revise, and maintain existing training programs as well as new program/course development;
  • Partner with senior management and subject matter experts to identify needs and determine training & development requirements and solutions that align with the business objectives ;
  • Develop or source training & development programs and materials;
  • Prepare training plans, including training objectives , budgets, deliverables, and timeline ;
  • Act as the subject matter expert in Change Management to ensure the company has a so lid framework to increase the adoption of changes for project success
  • Connect and m aintain communication links at all levels through projects;
  • Perform other various duties as required from time to time e.g. coordinating training logistics in a hybrid format for virtual & live delivery & across many time zones
  • Deliver (or enable the delivery of) training materials via live facilitation, online facilitation, or distributed/distance learning;
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests and course evaluations, to measure the effectiveness of the course;
  • Evaluate and improve training programs and materials as required ;

Here Is What You Bring

  • Degree in adult education, or a related discipline;
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Learning & Development Advisor/Consultant , including course design, material development, and facilitation experience;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning principles in the development of training materials for a variety of delivery channels (e.g. eLearning, classroom, training the trainer, self-study, blended learning, and web);
  • High level of proficiency in Articulate Storyline/360, Camtasia, Skype for Business, and other Microsoft Office 365 applications;
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate skills and assess future needs and training requirements;
  • Experience/certification in Insights, 360-feedback, and/or other developmental assessments an asset;
  • Excellent written skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to communicate the key principles of leadership behavior which allow for the successful integration of strategic projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player;
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate and present ideas and information;
  • Results-oriented, demonstrating ownership and accountability;
  • Available for international travel when required;
  • Excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and see tasks through to completion;
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
  • Bilingual English & any other European language.
