Senior Account Manager Digital Marketing [Remote]

MyZone Labs is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to help us develop and maintain strong relationships with our agency’s clients and provide leadership to internal teams in delivering client projects effectively.

What you'll do

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate within the agency, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Project and Team Management: Oversee the execution of marketing projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and deadlines.
  • Set up and maintain administrative work for clients: This includes the client’s real estate on Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and other platforms, ensuring that all billable hours are being tracked and invoiced.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize account management processes and tools for better performance.
  • Crisis Management: Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions.
  • Reporting: Update senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and account metrics.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to existing clients.
  • Client Retention: Work to retain existing clients by consistently delivering value and exceptional service.
  • Business Development: Seek new business opportunities and assist in client pitches.
  • Continued Education: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and ensure team training.



What you'll bring

  • You have a BS/MS degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications; OR equivalent professional work experience.
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as an account manager for a digital marketing agency.
  • You are available to tend to client requests and attend meetings between 9 am-4 pm Pacific Time as needed.
  • You've worked in an agency setting, and you understand the ever-changing priorities and deadlines of the environment.
  • You have a proven ability to effectively manage a client relationship from onboarding to implementation.
  • You are super organized and efficient with task management, able to work independently and remotely. You also have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment... and we mean fast. ;)
  • You have a strong desire to learn new skills, improve processes, and continually develop personally and professionally.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you speak English at an idiomatic level, feeling comfortable working in English.


Nice to haves

  • Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace experiences are a plus!
