Role Overview: Digital Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a driven, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that will expand our reach, elevate our brand, and drive sales conversions. This role will focus on optimizing our digital presence across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, utilizing data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize performance.
The ideal person is well versed in all major digital marketing channels, highly driven, and thrives on challenge.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
Define KPIs for SEO success, including traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.
Create and maintain an SEO checklist of high-impact tasks to improve ranking and authority.
Develop content consolidation and keyword optimization plans to eliminate cannibalization and boost rankings.
Implement URL cleanup strategies and monitor recent Google AI updates to maintain ranking.
Use tools like GA4 to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
Content Marketing & Social Media
Plan and execute a content strategy across blogs, social media, and website pages that aligns with SEO and brand goals.
Build out content campaigns that tell Talent Sam’s story and attract qualified leads.
PPC and Paid Social Campaigns
Develop and manage PPC and paid social campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive traffic and conversions.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact search terms.
Implement A/B testing to determine high-performing ad copy, landing pages, and other elements.
Optimize "buy intent" pages to increase organic ranking and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
Use data insights to improve strategy, refine campaigns, and enhance user experience.
Client and Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Build relationships with media, industry influencers, and strategic partners to amplify reach.
