At Modsquad, as a Human Resources Coordinator , you will support the daily functions of the People Operations Department, facilitating the efficient flow of communication and processes. We are looking for a driven HR professional who will help to maintain all forms of HR operations and complete various administrative tasks.
Some of these tasks include assisting HR managers with recruitment onboarding, I.D. verification, background check coordination, maintenance of employee records, employee off-boarding, assistance with payroll processing and providing administrative support to all employees. **
Duties/Responsibilities**
- Performs customer service functions by promptly responding to requests and questions via email, Slack, Zendesk and other systems
- Processes and follows-up on requests such as onboarding, off-boarding, employee and independent contractor information
- Assists with accurate record keeping, tracking and auditing
- Helps to administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations
- Supports team with payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting and other HR programs
- Provides support with performance processes including corrective actions, people development, career-pathing
- Assists with training, orientations, and presentations
- Provides coverage on weekends and holidays
- Other duties as assigned
