You love content-from strategizing to collaborating, brainstorming to proofing, you know how to lead a team to content success and help clients meet their marketing goals. Your attention to detail is on point, helping you keep the brand voice in mind, manage multiple projects, follow SEO best practices, and produce the highest quality copy around. Plus, you're content and tech savvy as a user of today's must-know social media: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. Best of all, you know how to communicate well with your teammates and clients to build positive relationships and get the job done efficiently and effectively. **_You are fluent in Caribbean Spanish.

About The Job

You'll lead the content strategy, including conceptual development of content projects across all platforms, setting campaigns up for client brand success from the get-go. You'll act as account\/project content lead for assigned accounts\/projects, working with the Content team and other collaborative teams during production. You'll leverage market data to develop content strategy and execute a development plan. In this role, you'll ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, voice\/tone and is optimized for search and user experience across distribution channels.

On a nitty-gritty level, we are looking for the following:

  • You have agency and\/or brand experience working in content and copywriting.
  • Experienced in content development and proficient in writing, editing, proofreading, and project management across multiple content channels including web, print, social and publishing.
  • Able to leverage market data to develop a content strategy and execute a development plan.
  • Experienced in modifying, expanding, or building a brand. Ability to research, craft and execute brand strategies.
  • You are a writer driven by strategic planning who can brainstorm omni-channel creative campaigns across a collection of mediums.
  • Able to lead multiple projects from concept to completion, determining and navigating necessary steps to succeed.
  • Capable of writing in various styles to meet differentiating needs, ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and voice.
  • Excels in client communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to collaborate with others across multiple disciplines
  • Communicate, collaborate, and advise clients on content direction and strategic publishing.
  • Quick thinker, fast-paced worker
  • Bonus: experience in travel and tourism is definitely a plus!
  • MUST be fluent in Caribbean Spanish. In addition to these competencies, preferred experience with InDesign, WordPress, marketing or agency work, or writing complex documents like proposals is appreciated.
