The Solution Architect/Tech Lead is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the technical infrastructure and solutions of a client projects. This includes working with clients to understand their needs, designing and implementing solutions that meet those needs, and managing the development process. It also includes designing and implementing new systems, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems. The Solution Architect must have a deep understanding of all aspects of the digital marketing process, including studio development (emails, banners), web development with and w/o CMS, mobile development. 

The Solution Architect must have a strong understanding of overall technology and be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This is a leadership position that requires a keen understanding of the digital landscape and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results. 

What You'll be Doing:   

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique digital challenges and goals.  
• Create holistic, customer-centric solutions that align with their brand and objectives.  
• Maintain and optimize existing technical solutions
• Manage the development process from start to finish
• Work with creative and marketing teams to ensure that technical solutions meet their needs
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing
• Provide guidance to our teams, bridging the gap between client visions and technical execution. Ensure our projects are aligned with your architectural vision.
• Review project brief / proposal and respond to the proposal with effort estimates and technology solution.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Keep projects on track, on time, and within budget.
• Uphold the quality and standards of our digital deliverables, making certain they meet our clients' expectations and industry best practices
• Create and maintain clear and accessible documentation that captures our architectural approach, enhancing transparency and collaboration.  

What You'll Need: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field  
• 8+ years of experience in software development  
• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture  
• Strong understanding of web development, mobile development, and data analytics  
• Experience with content management systems (CMS). Preferably AEM, WordPress, Drupal  
• Experience with SEO and SEM  
• Experience with social media marketing  
• Experience with cloud computing platforms  
• Experience with Agile development methodologies  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

You'll Have: 

• Relevant degree or diploma.   
• Languages spoken (English).  

Good to have:  

• Experience with analytics tools  
• Knowledge of Big data, Artificial intelligence, Machine learning, DevOps  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines  
• Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.
