What You Will Do:

As a Brand / Influencer Manager, you will partner with the brand team for Honkai: Star Rail in North America, leading all aspects of the activation for globally influential to the hot upstarts off-platform and on-platform creators who support Honkai: Star Rail’s marketing efforts. This role will help the company achieve perception and conversion goals through building and maintaining best-in-class influencer strategies and tactics.

You will be focused on developing and fine-tuning influencer strategies that raise the profile of the company’s franchises in pop culture, fosters deep community engagement, and grows both brand and business growth. The role is extremely cross-collaborative, working closely with our internal stakeholders, external agencies, partnerships, content, and social to expand the role of the content creator.

  • Collaborate and align with the brand team (NA & Shanghai) to build innovative and marketing campaigns that delight, engage, and drive audience growth in North American across streaming networks and content creator platforms
  • Design and implement both large-scale and high-touch tailored influencer programs that help grow and support the creator community
  • Coordinate directly with streamers, creators, influencers and business managers or agents to build and execute key influencer, high-impact programs
  • Initiate project briefs for developing tactical campaigns like influencers activations, offline events, and/or brand artwork, gameplay trailers, product websites and other promotional assets
  • Help craft our influencer narrative message, including talking points, messaging and social posts
  • Support event executions, livestreams, trade show activations, partner promotions and competitions as well as other opportunities that influencers can be utilized to promote our game
  • Manage real-time reporting across streaming networks, creator platforms, social media and community discussions; including analyzing key performance data, industry trends and emerging opportunities
  • Source and manage suitable agency partners to work collaborate with on influencer campaigns
  • Track program budgets, invoicing and reporting

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or industry agency equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in an influencer marketing, social media or brand product marketing role
  • Experience working directly with influencers and streamers
  • Direct experience in gaming or very thorough knowledge and passion for gaming, gaming social communities, and trends
  • Knowledge and passion for mobile gaming and video games
  • Strong social platform knowledge - YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok
  • Ability to set long-term strategy, clear goals, and KPIs
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demands
  • Data driven, highly analytical
  • Knowledge of digital analytics platforms including Tubular Labs preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills
  • Strong familiarity with HoYoverse's catalog or active Honkai: Star Rail player a plus

Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $80,400 to $144,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate. Total compensation may include salary, company bonuses, sign-on bonuses, relocation package, and other benefits such as:
