Job description

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for German Speakers to join the Customer Service team in one of the biggest multinational companies.

The ideal Candidate should:

  • Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times.
  • Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls, mail, and online chat for customers to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.
  • Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)

Requirements

  • Fluency in German language.
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
  • Tech savvy.
  • Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset.
  • Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented.
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative.
