Job description

ICU Medical is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Professional Services Management team. If you love setting a vision, leading cross-functional clinical teams, pushing projects forward to deliver measurable and strategically significant results, and solving problems from both 30,000 feet as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you.

The Senior Manager, Clinical Services will be focused on streamlining clinical consulting services, driving best-in-class training and on-boarding while building for sustainability at scale. You will be responsible for developing functional business strategies and implementation for clinical process improvement, training and development, and Customer Success. **

Duties And Responsibilities**

  • Build and support a clinical “center of excellence” to improve customer and employee experiences, while at same driving business goals and compliance to the process.
  • Execute clinical strategy and structure to ensure alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform adult learning offerings for customer activations and employee onboarding. Within this transformation it is also to bring efficiency and cost savings to the implementation process.
  • Interface with key stakeholders across departments to ensure processes support current needs and operations at scale.
  • Ensure clinical operations best practices and procedures meet clinical, quality and regulatory standards.
  • Build and develop high-performance clinical services team that fosters a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain awareness of clinical trends and developments to drive clinical outcomes.

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Successful demonstration of leadership and timely delivery of innovative business deliverables.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and alliance management skills; possessing the ability to credibly, knowledgeably and effectively represent and communicate initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of infusion device technology trends and passion to develop innovative solutions that translates into better customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming adult learning environments.
  • Must have hired and managed a team of clinicians and other non-clinical staff.
  • Must have experience managing cost centers and budgets.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 25%
  • Must be comfortable with new technologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 10 years of applicable healthcare experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams at management and individual contributor levels.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing infusion pump platforms.

10+ years of experience in Nursing & Nursing education
