Description**

Everi, a leading provider of innovative casino products and services, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, tickets, and escalations, providing exceptional product and transactional support to patrons and customers in the gaming industry. **

Training will be 3 weeks at our Las Vegas location before going to a Hybrid schedule

What Will You Be Doing?**

  • Answer and process inbound calls, tickets, and escalations.
  • Provides product and transactional support to patrons and customers.
  • Assists customers with suspicious/fraudulent transaction inquiries.
  • Interacts with banks and gaming commissions.
  • Resolve complex requests and issues from casinos and their patrons.
  • Assists with tasks including compliance marketing, data preparation, data entry, and assistance with new products and services.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, 100% remote position
  • Excellent communication
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Nice to have's:

  • Understanding of MS Office Suite products
  • Call center or retail environment preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
  • 1+ years experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working with Zendesk or Salesforce
