Our Client, a leading multinational multi-brand D2C e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is on the lookout for a seasoned digital marketing expert to join our team as an Amazon Manager. This is a full-time, remote position dedicated to supporting the scaling and growth of our diverse Amazon brands.
In this senior role, you'll not only be responsible for the expansion of our brands and products on Amazon but also for leading a team dedicated to this task. Your responsibilities will include regular analysis of product performance, proposing enhancements to product listings and marketing tools (advertising, deals, etc.), and managing launch-related projects. Additionally, you'll be expected to troubleshoot issues, contribute to the overall sales strategy, and lead a team in these efforts.

About You:
- 5+ years of experience with Amazon PL business, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience with Shopify, eBay, and Walmart is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Amazon fundamentals: Best Practices, listing creation and optimization, search terms research & analysis.
- Proficiency in Amazon Advertising.
- Digital marketing experience and knowledge of external traffic tools are advantageous.
- Expertise in tools like Helium 10, Sellertools, etc.
- Strong Excel skills, experience with dashboards and advanced sales tracking tools.
- A self-starter who enjoys working in a team and independently.
- Experience in working with project management tools like Asana.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
About the Position:
- Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to oversee Amazon operations.
- Drive top-line growth by tracking KPIs and achieving sales goals.
- Implement advanced tactics for Amazon sales, including coupons and deals.
- Monitor market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, etc.
- Oversee Amazon product detail pages, tracking, and improving listing performance.
- Liaise with Amazon Seller Support & Account Managers to resolve issues.
- Handle listings Bulk uploads via Flat Files.
- Optimize content using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithm, and product search rankings.
- Work with Marketing and Creative Teams on new product listings.
- Lead and manage product launch-related projects.
- Oversee and refine Amazon-related processes.
- Mentor and lead a team in achieving e-commerce excellence.
